Does such an AR doohickey exist? (forward P-grip)

Is there an adapter you can buy which you can put onto a P-rail, which "mimics" the attachment point for the AR's rear handle on the lower receiver, so than you can attach ANY rear grip of your choice, as your forward P-grip, rather than just choosing from the limited choices of vertical p-grips? I like ERGO brand rear grips, and I'm thinking I'd like the same ERGO front grip. Thanks.

I don't know about an adapter, but you're in luck if you like the Ergo Grip, because they actually make a VFG that uses their Ergo Grip as the gripping portion:

There is a rail attachment on the market that allows you to install any M16/AR15 grip to the attachment and use as a vertical foregrip.

I'll be darned if I can remember who makes it.
