Thassa a bagel cutter. I'd hate to see what a mess a donut would make of that.
I carry a Ganzo auto and I've only had it open once in my pocket, after digging for other stuff clumsily and getting frustrated. However, I have had other tip up liner locks open, and those were quite the surprise to find. An auto, tip down, you can deal with - simply close the blade up and withdraw.
Tip down button up on a clip is how to do it. I've had it years now and trust it more than a "SAFE" action trigger. I've never had a auto "go off" sliding it back into my pocket, I do that dozens of times a week.
