Can someone give me a definitive answer on the difference between grey "dry film" magazines and teflon magazines (shown on sale at the DPMS store)?

I was under the impression that the grey dry film were mil-spec, but I'm curious as to exactly what's different.

The dry film is mil-spec and the teflon coat is the same as DPMS applies to the receivers they offer.
Increased lubricity and a more scratch resistant surface are the big advantages.

Dry film is basically a moly impregnated paint. Quite slippery when cured. I use it on the feedramp of my 38 super race gun and a few other no load rubbing locations. The coating is also used in slightly different form on the inside of the AR upper receiver and inside of some magazines.
