Double barrel
Other dual barrel rifles all feature interchangeable barrels that the you can change. But they all hold just one barrel at a time. The Double Barrel rifle has two barrels that are mounted to the rifle. When this spring-piston rifle is cocked, both barrels pivot downward, being held their breech by the base block. The barrel are steal shrouded by I believe it aluminum. There is a .177 dual and a .22/.177 caliber. Mine the later.
I would think you would get decent groups with the dual .177 but with the dual .22/.177 I tried everything to get a group without success. I changed the valve out to shoot each barrel single. Now it's a decent shooting rifle.
A different and unusual rifle that is better shooting than most of the reviews gave it credit. Definitely fun different and brings a smile to faces.,

I remember back when Beeman was selling very high-end air rifles, the R-1, C-1 carbine, etc. I bought a Webley Vulcan and a Beeman 800 air pistol from them back when they were HQ'ed in Northern Ca. (The Beeman was a rebranded RWS I believe)

I recall seeing their underlever cocker that looked like an O/U rifle like yours, but it was a single fixed barrel model. That one is cool!

Stay safe.

Beeman was the largest importer circa 1972. DR. Beeman did have his own Designs for the HW, Norica, Handler and Naterman and the Beeman C1 (which I do have). The C1 is actually a Webley. (and one heck of a nice Carbine). Doc Beeman started in San Rafeal and then to Santa Rosa in 1975. I have a mint condition Beeman R7 Santa Rosa. The C1 has always been described to have a almost a "Cult Following."
The 800 Pistol a Giss patent double opposing Piston reconciles mechanism was discontinued in 1982 and replaced by the model 850 which had the same rotating barrel.

I just ran out to the garage and took a couple of pictures of my Beeman 800 and Webley Vulcan. I lived in Berkeley, Ca. for my JR high-high school years, so their San Rafael location was really not too far away.

I need to send these both in to be re-sealed and gone through by a professional, they’re all 100% original and at least 35 years old.

I added the white paint across the rear sight and the front sight post in high school, I found it easier to see. I shot this gun really well, I need to get back at it.

If I remember correctly, the .177 and .22 Vulcan was their “ affordable magnum” air rifle. Compared to the RWS, Beeman and other high-end walnut stocked guns, this was about half the price. I killed a lot of rats and other pests with it.

I haven’t shot either gun in quite a while, if you could recommend a good air gun shop to give them a run through I would appreciate it.

Stay safe.
