Guys,
Can someone point me to a link where the BATFE addresses dual-residency for NFA items? I'm using the term dual-residency, but I'm not sure it is correct. I'm referring to having a second home (vacation home, hunting lodge, etc.) in another state.
Specifically, can you complete a Form 1 or Form 4 with an address that is not your primary residence (that happens to be in another state)?
I know there are issues with transporting NFA items across state lines and that there is a form to allow that too. I also realize that the item would probably need to be stored at the "alternate site".
