As much as I`d like to think it`s a 1006 I`ll bet it really is a 4506. It`s got the black MIM hammer and trigger used on late model 3rd gen Smiths. Every 10mm Smith I`ve seen has the earlier style stainless or satin hard chromed hammer and trigger. Oh well,his loss. Marcus
