Looks like a small frame tanfoglio, so nope.

It's an old model, I'd say late eighties or first nineties so, as already said, I don't think it can be converted for the 10mm. It can be probably converted for the .41AE if you can find a barrel, a .40S&W magazine and a slightly extra power recoil spring. It can be converted for the 9x21 IMI, again if you can find a barrel, and probably also for the .30 Luger (same problem to find a spare barrel).
If you find a spare old slide and barrel you surely can convert it for the .40S&W.
