Had a choice of rifles so I went more towards the collectors side as opposed the shooters. The 1917 Eddystone has a 4-18 Eddystone barrel in + good shape. The stock and bolt is an arsenal replacement. Sr #218,10x. Only was $562 to my FFL's door next week. I got as Lathi L40 from Simpsons earlier this month and had a good experiance.
Did a gun run to the gun stores in the Iowa Quad Cities. I have more guns than B&B in Bettendorf. They said they cant get guns to sell right yet. Gander MT is pretty well picked thru. Dunhams in Davenport are remodeling the store and redoing the gun display. They have a few long guns they had for over month. No new Mil Surplus..
