Greg Covington out of Ohio made this one for me. It's been sheathed by Panther Concealment in Fla and is enroute for delivery end of the week.

It's blade is 9 1/2" and overall is 14 3/4.

I just looked thru the Greg Covington knife web site and I was really enthralled by the knives. Awesome knives.

Too bad the legal limit for blades, here in TX., is 5.5". :banghead:

You can own one and carry one on your "spread". That blade length limit is only for carry off your own property or conveyance (although that is going to be on the agenda for Knife Rights to get repealed as well so there won't be anything called an "illegal knife" in the future).

Sec. 46.02. UNLAWFUL CARRYING WEAPONS. (a) A person commits an offense if the person intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly carries on or about his or her person a handgun, illegal knife, or club if the person is not:
(1) on the person's own premises or premises under the person's control; or
(2) inside of or directly en route to a motor vehicle or watercraft that is owned by the person or under the person's control.
