Electronic levels. Good, bad?

I was watching a precision rifle contest and noticed one guy had an electronic level. Seemed pretty kool. I'd guess you can see the lights change without taking your eye off the recital? Thoughts on these? [Now if they would get a gyro stabilizer to go with that, I might hit something!]
