Emerson La Griffe Knife ???

A while ago, I got an Emerson La Griffe "neck carry" knife.

I don't want to use it as a "neck carry" knife, but I like the style of the La Griffe, and I would like to carry it as a "belt knife."

I was wondering if anyone makes a BELT CARRY SHEATH for the Emerson La Griffe?



Please provide any links you may have for this Belt Carry Sheath for the La Griffe.

you would probably be able to attacha tek-lock to the sheath. Or you can do what I do with my Hideaway, and sue zip-ties to attach to the belt.

Yeah, I just drilled a couple of holes in the stock sheath, put a mini Tek-Lok on it, and it works very well. Tou can get Tek-Loks from Blade-Tech.com or 1SKS.com

I've seen a different take on the belt sheath idea. I'll try to explain the best I can. Using the neck sheath, tie about a 4" loop of paracord on the end. This gets looped around the belt or thru a belt loop. Tie a similar loop around the handle. now you would place the knife and sheath IWB with the handle loop hanging out of your waist band. When you wish to access the knife, pull on the handle loop and secure a grip on the kife as it comes out of the waist band. The sheath loop retains the sheath at the end of the draw stroke. Hope that was clear enough.

I hate it when the Tec Lock is bigger than the knife it is on. I carry mine on my mercharness. As shoulder rig.
