Eotech Mounting Question

Hey guys, I mounted my EOTech with a larue lower 1/3rd mount. Being that amount has a large footprint to give room for a magnifier, it doesn’t sit solely on the receiver. Part of it sits on the rail. I’m worried that this can cause me to lose my zero if for some reason the rail comes loose. Do you recommend I avoid using that amount?

Rear sight looks too far forward. Will it go more rearward? I'll have to check mine later, but my Troy sight goes further back.

I have the rear sight as far back as it can go.
The LaRue mount has a Picatinny rail attached to it in the rear that takes up space. That’s the problem.
