I have come across some of these proprietary coated 115 Extremes and going to try and work up a round for a Ruger PC9 carbine using BE86. Alliant's load data isn't specific for 115gr lead so I'm looking for some suggestions for a starting or max load. Using 1.10 as an OAL

I'm also doing a workup with W231 which I have data for.

I use coated Lee 356-120-TC bullets with BE-86 and found 5.0g to give me 1140 fps out of a 5" 92fs. I've averaged 1200 fps with 5.6g but I don't really need that much speed just to punch paper so I've settled on the 5.0g load. BE-86 is just a little slower than Unique and about 5% more will give you similar speeds. It's a little denser than Unique so you will also not need to compress the load in that little 9mm case.

I load Berry's 115gr RN with 5.8gr is BE86. I worked up 4.8 to 6.0, 5.8 seemed the best as far as accuracy and having enough pressure to seal the brass against the chamber. 5.6gr was still letting a lot of gas and fouling back into the action.

I shoot them in 3" to 16" 9mm barrels and they all shoot well.

I know it's not exactly what you need but BE86 data is still hard to find, hope it helps.
