Whoever at Vickers Tactical that put this together did a great job of video editing!

Ok, it looks like your gas nut is not adjusted properly. What setting was that only when it failed to cycle? You may have it too open and are not getting enough gas to cycle the piston. That look like a Century gun. If so there could be a number of other issues. Is your piston bent? Is the gas block aligned correctly and pinned in place?

Imbel kit on Entreprise receiver.
That video was taken with the gas adjuster fully shut. (i.e 100% gas)
Gas block is in the same spot it was when I removed the old MG stub off the barrel.

My FAL has collected dust for a decade now. I can't bring myself to rip open those battlepacks of ammo I bought for $25, when replacement cost would be $150+.

Man I love my FAL. A full auto one would be a ton of fun.

You are absolutely right!!! I probably enjoy shooting my FA FN/FAL as much or more than any of my other FAs.
Where in Colorado are you? I'm in the Colo Spgs area.

Mine is just semi, but it is still a hoot to shoot. Sometimes a Fudd will stop and stare but rarely pass up an invite to fire a few rounds. :) That was a good video clip, I shared to my facebook. FAL fun for everyone!

That was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just bought a PTR-91, basically an HK G3 (basically), and truth be known if I could afford a DSA SA58 I would, but they go for north of $1600... double the cost of my still excellent PTR, and with the exact same capabilities (military style rugged .308 battle rifle, 20 round mags, semi-auto etc.).

The DSA FAL Voyager is the same (or close) to the PTR
