Fair price for a Taurus?

A co worker of mine has the chance to buy a Thurus raging Bull in .454 casull. It has a Aimpoint red dot scope and aftermarkt walnut grips. It is used and has had approx. 50 rnds put through it. Is $650 a fair price?

From what I've seen locally that's a good price with an Aimpoint and mount included. For just the gun prices locally are typically $550-$625 depending on condition.
