David Green asked me to pass this along to the folks who shoot IDPA matches at Blue Ridge Arsenal. I understand that there is still room for six more people to sign up for IDPA Safety Officer training:
"The Fairfax Rod and Gun Club is sponsoring an IDPA Safety Officer certification course on 26 FEB 2011 at their facility in Manassas, VA. The class starts at 0800 and runs to 1800. The price is $30.
Attendees need to bring notepad and pen, a cushion for the steel chairs, and any snacks needed to go for 8 hours or so. No firearms or ammo should be brought to the class.
