On an episode of American Shooter a few weeks ago, the showed a speedloader made for 3-gun for Benellis. It was made up of a tube to hold 8 shells and a sort of track that guided the loaded tube. It looked like it loaded the gun the same way a stripper clip for a rifle does, where you unload the tube into the magazine of the gun. The only downsides were that the "track" costs around $100 and looked pretty cumbersome.
From what I've observed, with practice, these can be run very fast. Of course, those who practice can load shells pretty durn fast the old-fashoned way
Obviously, the Sagia sort of meets your criteria, as well.
