Yes it is! Ordered a parts set with an assembled lock, set me back a cool 1800.00 clams. Was roughly 75.00 ish for shipping and handling. However it was worth it as this is a bucket list build for me.

I just ordered a rifle stock and have not received it yet, but am curious about their quality. I've seen videos on the web and their products, they do seem to be very good quality.

1864 Springfield Original. Currently building one and decided to go with the 1864 as it had a better firing bolster also it's one of the best looking Springfield's IMO.

Favorite... Ruger stainless old army, Cva Walker, rifle is a custom built by yours truly .36 squirrel rifle in the style of Isaac Haynes circa 1770. It's a hoot to shoot, economical and more accurate than I am.

Was my least favorite, but now that I have ALL of the problems cured it is what I have been shooting most often.

Armi San Marco 1969 build
Sold as :
Mechanics: The action DOES NOT function correctly. The cylinder is out of timing, the wedge does not go fully through the wedge cut, the hammer does not cock properly.

What I found:
Bolt/trigger spring had been replaced with one that was not the correct replacement and would not raise the bolt. I reshaped and shimmed the spring and fit the bolt head resulting in perfect lock up.
I did a bit of fitting on the wedge.
Could not fit a round ball in the loading port, it appeared as only the rough opening was machined and not smoothed out to size. Had to open the port, but would likely have to be larger to load a conical bullet.
A side note: The chambers are bored with a taper , just like the originals.
Discovered it would lock up if the hammer was lowered on an unfired cap. The bolt was not quite resetting, had to take down the hammer face a few thousandths to allow the hammer to drop all of the way.
Had 2 cap jams in 45 rounds with cocking slowly and carefully. Added a cap post.
Shot about 2ft. high at 25 yards. Deepened the rear sight notch in the hammer.
In summery I don’t believe this gun could have ever been fired in the last 53 years unless the cylinder was loaded off of the gun, as it must have been to be proof tested.

Sense this it has received a new hand and sear (trigger) and a custom made wire trigger/bolt spring Now the timing and 1/2 cock/full cock are all in sink. I replaced the nipples with AMPCO ones ***Try to find 12-24 thread **
It now is a joy to shoot with no cylinder jamming or cap jams !!
