Aoudad (kind of african rock goat thing). It's an imported exotic, but pretty common in the TX hill country. Best game i've eaten, kind of a peppery taste to it that goes away the longer it's cooked. (don't overcook the meat! it doesn't take much to get it up to temp... remember, all mammals start out over 90 degrees anyway)
