Or bad news.


With SCOTUS only taking apprx 90 cases a year I'd rather they take an AWB & High Capacity Magazine ban case than a bump stock ban case.

Good news for me, as I live in the sixth circuit. But also bittersweet news because I already sawed my bump stock into pieces.

In cases like this the Feds should have to compensate owners for their loss of property.

In cases like this the Feds should have to compensate owners for their loss of property.

For a brief while I seriously considered burying it on a nearby public wildlife refuge. NowI kinda wish I had.

I am for them taking any case where an individual just decides to change the definition of something vs create a new law against it, along with the necessary Congressional approval. Even worse when it effects the entire Country.

It may not be a case I loose any sleep over either way but if no one tells them to stop, they won’t. We obviously can’t and that’s what they (SCOTUS) are there for.
