The last time I rode through SoCal, it seemed that one out of three cars had a bumper sticker stating "F**K YOU! This Is Mexico!" Mexican flags were as commonplace as American flags and on two occasions, I couldn't get served at C-Stores because I didn't speak Spanish. Apparantly, California has already been liberated, at least from Mexico's point of view.

The fact that we've done nothing in the face of evidence that something could be done if we had the political will tells me it is deliberate. Now a side effect of our evident policy is over time those coming north for whatever reason will get bolder and audacious. I think that's what we're seeing now.

The upsurge in boldness is very evident--how could it not be when our very President talks as if there is a right, predicated on economic need, both to come to the U.S. and to work, illegally? Bush made that very clear in his post-SOTU remarks. Some of us here have been talking about when the "flashpoint" will actually occur. I think it's pretty close.

I wish the government would start neglecting/ignoring firearms laws instead of those of illegal immagration.

I am not a fan of laws at all, but an invasion/exodus from another country is something the goverment should do something about.

If they don't Heck with them, its good to see the PEOPLE stepping up to do what the Government won't

How do we know they weren't staging to liberate California?

Cause they already have a large not so hidden but hidden from the eyes of the law group there.;)

Who is Tom Threepersons?

Only one of the best gunfighters in history...

He was a border lawman in El Paso during the 1920's, during prohibition. When it was said of El Paso that "there was a gunfight for 236 straight nights." He dealt with smugglers coming over the border and "pistoleros" daily, and you'll find the "threepersons-style" holster in a lot of catalogs. He designed it. Slight forward cant, cut low around the trigger guard for a fast draw.

Serious gun history, that guy. Google for his name, and read.
Or read this, good article about him. http://www.texancultures.utsa.edu/hiddenhistory/Pages1/coffey.htm
