I am not into bashing company's but I thought people should know this. My buddy purchased a "new in box" Kahr P45 from me with issues. The frame rails were crewed up, the gun didn't go fully into battery after 400 rounds. So I called Kahr for him "3 times" out of guilt. I left messeges twice without a call back and today I waited for 35 minutes and got someone. They gave me the address and a code to return the lemon ourselves. Not what I would have expected from their customer service. I owned a Kahr K40 when they first came out and loved the gun, I even referred them to everyone I know. I will post what happens next. Hopefully they will make my frustration go away.
