FWIW I found a graphic that was put together from stats from the CSU campus cops.
You have to be 21 to get a carry permit here which means that only about 1/4 of the students are even eligible. Over that, participation rate for CCW is about 5% in CO, so the odds of meeting a carrying student is about 1.25%.
The question to campus rapists was "Do you feel lucky, punk?"
At those odds the answer was No.
