Hey all, I've been active on The Firing Line for a while, and thought I'd check in here. I just bought my first gun, a Ruger Service Six in .357, made in 1978. Can't wait to pick it up! Anyways, I'm Dave, looking forward to getting to know you. I'm known as dasmi on TFL also.

Hello Dasmi.Im new around here to .You will really get tons of help and information about Your Ruger if You need it .I have a sw 686-1 2 1/2" on the way .I had lots of help from people here with questions I had about my gun . Hello there. I'm rather new here too. My 6 is a Blackhawk .357 made in '70 that my father bought new and gave me. Friend is holding an sp101 for me until I get the money to him (he's went to a Kimber for carry and doesn't want the sp101 anymore).
