Flintlock pistol ID help

Hello! In addition to the rifle I posted the other day, I also inherited this flintlock pistol as well. Again, I am turning to THR community to help me with identifying it, or at least helping me to determine the region/era. This pistol is in really rough shape, it was clearly used… a lot!

Check to see if the ramrod channel is drilled full length. If not, that indicates a Balkan / Ottoman origin. A nominal .62 caliber is typical.
