FN FNP 45: Non-tactical version

I acquired one of these on a trade. I was wondering if I could add a reflex sight on the slide without milling it. I know Glocks have the option to have a mounting plate off of the rear sight dovetail, as do 1911s.

Does anyone know of options for this older pistol? Is the rear dovetail the same size as a 1911 or Glock so I could use a mounting plate?

I own a duotone FNP-45 and love it. Very accurate gun with iron sights.

I was under the impression that companies make mounting plates that fit right into the dovetail.
