FNH Customer service fail

Two of my shooting buddies bought FNS pistols. One of them found that the pistol would lock up under certain conditions, so the other guy checked his and the same would happen to his. They call FNH and were told to send them in. They were excited to shoot them but were told not too and mail them out right away, so they did. So one of the guys figured since it in the shop he would pay for them to install night sights. When he called in he was told no that they could not do that because thats a different department. :banghead: He then asked when he could expect his pistol back and was told its typically less than weeks. :fire:

So buying a pistol from FNH that has a known problem for over 3 years, this is how its handled. Thats a fail in my book!!

Now these might be great pistols but it sure seem as if the could care less about their customers.
