I handled one the other day and the finich is not sprayed it's like a solid shhet applied to the gun... it feels wierd. Has any one ever seen the snow ninja glock??The whole gun is snow white. I haven't either but my buddy sawone somewear and will never shut up about how G.I. Joe cool it was.
I heard they had problems with the finish flaking off. IMO they are ugly and the carbon fiber is ugly too, however I do like the "tan/OD" finish. I am not putting down Glocks, I have a G22 and G34 along with other handguns, in fact the G22 would be the very last handgun I would ever part with, over a few beloved 1911 and others.
One of my semi-local shops has a couple of those. They look ok IMO, I just don't care for the decent cmo job and the black small parts. At least re-mold them in tan or something so they will blend in.
Ok...I had to spend a few minutes with my Reigistered S&W .357 Magnum a Colt Diamondback and a couple Walther PPK's...Blue steel...A little wood...Hand fitting...Nicely turned screws...Forged steel....Metal polished. Whew...I was a little on edge there for a minute, I'm back now, the wave of nausea has passed....
Personally, I don't do camoflaged guns.
I have a bad habit of leaning my gun against a tree when I go to retrieve my legally harvested game animals and, well,,,,I would never find the durned thing again,,,,,,,
