Form 4

I'm new to this, so please excuse my ignorant question, just want to make sure before sending it in Monday morning...I'm from Ohio, and was told by my dealer the sheriff doesn't need to sign it, yet it has a place for his signature...So, what's the down lo?

Where are you seeing a signature field on the current Form 4 for the CLEO? There is section 12 where you enter the information for the CLEO you are notifying, but that does not require their signature.

Sounds like your dealer is using the old form.

Ok, yep...I see it just says for their name, not a signature... thanks. I have to go get printed this morning, then off to the post office tomorrow.
