Foster/L3 updates??

anyone heard if the Foster L3 lawsuit is finalized yet? Supposedly the last fairness hearing was last week, but I can't seem to find any updates on if I'll ever see a payment for the HWS I mailed back months ago.

Well, I think I found it myself.

Supposedly it's settled, no idea when payment will begin. All I can tell by the above is that the lawyers get $10 Million.

I sent in my Eotech months ago. Probably a few more months before I see any money.

Eotech sucks for selling junk, but the legal process is just as shameful if lawyers are getting paid $1000 an hour for a civil suit that only piggybacks off the DoD settlement.
