Does anyone remember Philip Luty and his notorious crude submachine gun designs? I just found this and it looks like he made a semi-auto version of one of his SMG designs. Just looking to see some opinions from some gunsmiths (not a gunsmith myself) on whether this design is feasible, since it looks like a closed bolt design (which I believe for you Americans is legal to make) and that Luty never got a chance to make this design before his arrest.
I am in no position to make this since a) It illegal to manufacture where I live without a special license. b) I have no machinist/gunsmith experience, nor would I have access to a milling machine or lathe.
