Delaware is in 3rd Circuit and New York is in 2nd Circuit.

So while a ruling in 3rd Circuit Rigby v Jennings (Self-built firearm/precursor parts/3D files ban) may not directly affect rulings in 2nd Circuit, it will join other federal court case rulings in setting precedents/guidance for other courts to consider/follow.
