I ordered from Fred's on Dec 15 ,2006 by credit card over the phone.3 months later still no stock and my card had been charged immediately on the day I ordered. After repeated Emails and attempted phone calls for about a month,someone finally answered the phone.A lady answered and told me that their web page was out of date on some of the contact info.I explained that I still had not received my stock but she replied rudely and told me to be patient and I would receive a call within a week. I never heard from them again.I have tied for a year to get this resolved with no success.As far as I'm concerned,their service is not acceptable.I guess Im out 55.00.I will contact the Attourney General of their state next
