Free bullets (pay shipping)

Prairie Fire is offering 50 free Hi-Tek Supercoat Hard Cast Lead bullets (just pay shipping).
I've never heard of them but I've never shot cast lead bullets either. Does anybody have experience with this company's bullets?

Boy I sure hate to see the price of them if I had to pay. For me was $6.80 to ship for 50 230 45. I just looked and I can get 500 from bayou for 67.50 shipped. You can do the math.

Hmm. Not really worth the $6.80 to try in my calculations. That's nearly $0.14 per bullet!

My bad, I didn't give a good answer. I would be curious of their quality. I looked at the price for 500 and with the 50 free it is not cheap but not bad. I am not a fan of the color but would be willing to give them a try if someone has any positive experience with them.

I am going to pick up some. For the shipping (lead is heavy anyhow) it would seem that its a good deal to pick up a small amount for testing. Ordered 100 SMC .452 for the 45 Colt.
