Fun with a 32 ACP

A couple months ago I bought a Colt 1903 Pocket pistol in 32 ACP. I finally got around to shooting it the other day and had lots of fun with it.

Once you get past the "mini" sights, it was more accurate than I expected.

To bad they don't make them like this pistol any more.

Now, to dabble with reloading the little cartridge.

Easy to reload if your fingers aren't any bigger than No.9 spaghetti. Seriously, there are no tricks to reloading .25 ACP and .32 ACP, once you get used to working with the small size cases.

I've got the same model that my Dad handed down to me. Shot it last time at the range and just got it all cleaned up for the next stint in the safe. You are correct, it's a very accurate gun and no one who has ever shot it didn't like it. I've been collecting 32 auto brass but doubt I'll ever shoot it enough to bother reloading so next time you're in Colorado shout out and I'll give you some brass.

My dad has one of these too, its an awesome pistol in that nice shiny deep colt blue -- I love this gun -- I just hope I get my hands on it before my brother does.

I have no particular concerns about reloading 32 ACP, it is the 26th or 27th cartridge in my reloading inventory. The fun will be finding a good load and an efficient set up for loading to account for the small size.

The only .32 I have is a Seecamp. Great little pocket pistol, made like a Swiss watch, but I'd still like to pick up a 1903 Colt in .32 ACP as a companion piece to it. I've always admired the lines of the Colt pocket autos.

i have one as well yes it is accurate mine was parkerized by the guy i bought it from which ruined it's value but i got it cheap because he did so what the hell it's a great shooter
