G19 vs G23 recoil

This has probably already be covered ad nauseum, but I shot the forty for about 15 years. I the gun I shot the most was the Glock 23. I also shoot a lot of 10mm, .44 Mag, and Heavy .45 Colt. I always found the 23 slightly unpleasant to shoot and my hand would sting at the end of a practice session. As 9mm improved, I slowly switched my frames over to their 9mm counterparts. I kept all my original components so I could switch back at any time. I look at them as sort of "convertible Blackhawks".
