I'm referring, of course, to slapping together a long slide glock 20 using G21 parts, conversion barrels, and such.
Someone posted pics of theirs at GT and maybe here?, and got my shorts all in a wad.
I like my G20, but for some reason, I never shoot it.
I got a razorback, a 1076, a 610, a PT-C bobtail, etc.
Lots of tens, but the glock sights and barrel just seemed, well, adequate , but nothing special, so I shot all my other tens.
Now, as I understand it, I think this would be good for me to do, because I already have a G20, and a drawer full of standard mags.
I'm thinking, buy the G21 6" slide, a recoil assy, the KKM 6" 10mm/.45 barrel, a KKM 6" .45 barrel and keep that set as an upper.
Then, buy the .40 and 357SIG conversion barrels for the other slide, and keep that set as an upper.
I guess my question is, is there an easier way to do this?
Like buy a longslide G21?
Do they make 'em? Ever seen a G39?
