It would seem that Garmin is getting into the chronograph game with their new Xero C1. I’ve own Garmin stuff for years. GPS of course, and smart watches. Pre-production reviews seem to indicate a winner. As accurate as Labradar and more forgiving in a small package. i am going to order one. Seems they ship in five to six weeks from now. What do you think? Price is not cheap.

Need to look more into it, but looks good I've always had good service out of Garmin stuff. If they could get this down to $350-$400 on sale that would be great, easy to pack to often I leave the chronograph at home not this little thing. They should make it link up to there watches to.

Looking at other reviews, I did not see ability to record
simultaneous multiple velocities at multiple ranges.

Will it in fact do that? (essential for real/actual BC calculation)

I was looking at them today but then found one of their Xero S1 units on Amazon for about have what they go for at the big stores. I have lots of chronos though….

I downloaded the manual and it does not appear have that ability. The small area of the flat panel antenna is also a strong indication it has limited range. Your gain and resulting signal to noise ration of the returned signal bounced off the back of the bullet is highly dependent on that panel area. This is not doubt a large reason the Lab Radar is so much bigger.

Will do. It's backordered, so likely won't have it in hand until mid-November. I really like the form factor of the Garmin, but I like the multiple velocity readings of the Labradar. I'm very interested to see if the Garmin is less sensitive to positioning than the Labradar.

Are you running VPN? If so, try turning it off. There are several sites that won't let me in with it on, Cabelas being one of them.
No, it let me sign up, but failed on my address. I have no mailbox, and it all goes to my PO Box, some places won't ship to a PO box.
Some of my Amazon orders won't, so I ship it to work. They failed me on billing address though, which includes the PO Box.

Oh well. :)

@JFrank, thanks for the link. From there I found this: a guy on Sniper's Hide has already taken one apart and found the appropriate replacement battery.

I figured by the time people had issues with the batteries, folks would have figured it out. Looks like they are already on it!

3.7 volts.....easy peasy
