Garmin Xero C1 Pro Chronograph

I don’t see anywhere to “connect” like on my Kestrel app. This is all I have.

Playing with it now, was impatient at the range.

Found a connectivity status under pro settings. Turned it on, said waiting for phone, but never connected. Bluetooth is "on" in the phone.

Tap the icon in the top right of the second screen shot you shared, that should take you to the page to setup the connection to the Xero.

ETA Yeah the screen shots look wrong is that the Garmin app? Are you on Android or iPhone.

Select "pair phone" on the Garmin while bluetooth is on and you have the app open and they should find each other.

I found that under pro settings, but it never connected, bluetooth is turned on on my iPhone

Thought I posted that earlier, must have forgotten to hit post. 🙂

I think you downloaded the wrong app.........

This is the one you have:

This is the one you need for the Xero C-1:

I think this may be your issue............

Has anyone ran their battery all the way dead, to the point the unit shut down while in use?

I have ran down a couple battery cycles on mine, but have never actually experienced a forced power-down until this weekend. I was at a class for a couple of days and we placed 4 Garmins in front of the 4 lanes of the firing line to be able to measure every shooter as they each took their turn. We shot about half a day on Saturday then shot most of the day Sunday - when I plugged in my unit to keep it going through the afternoon (I'd started the weekend around 75% charge, and it was down to the last thin sliver on the battery gauge), but I checked the batteries on the other 3 units, and Robert Brantley's had completely died. I plugged in a battery pack, and it took around 30min before it would turn on again. We were concerned it was damaged in some other way. That's an N=1 experience, but I'm curious how long folks are seeing the unit need to recharge before coming back to life.

I do keep a credit card sized battery pack with an integral USB-C cable in my Garmin box, tucked under the foam in the lid, and I pretty reliably keep mine charged so far, but I was really surprised how long the King's took to come back to life.

My Xero was in my range bag Saturday. I chrographed three loads after the IDPA match. My iPhone was in the car, app not turned on. My iPad was at home, app not turned on.

When I looked later, string 3 was on the phone, strings 1 and 2 were on the pad. Curiouser and curiouser.
(I have not had both devices to pick up the same strings even with both apps on.)
