Genuine Colt mag?

I was just looking at one of the two Colt 7 rounders I carry every day. One of them, given to me recently by a friend as a birthday present, has slightly different looking markings on the base plate. I seem to recall reading an article some time ago (maybe here on THR?) that there were many Colt fakes around, and one way to tell was by the depth and clarity of the stamping on the baseplate.

So to anyone here who might be something of an authority on this, which of these two look legit?

I am reasonably sure the one I already had is a real Colt mag, as it and a Colt 8 rounder were with the gun when I purchased it. As far as functionality, both mags have been totally flawless so far.

Thoughts?

Both are OEM Colt magazines made for Colt by Metalform. Colt hasn't made their own magazines in-house in about 50 years.
