George Gardner .243 rifle

I saw a picture of George Gardner holding a .243 Win bolt-action rifle at a tactical competition. It had a 10-round mag. Does anyone know the rifle he uses? Cyrano

If you have a link to the picture, we can ID it specifically, but it probably uses the AICS 10-round magazines.

The action appears to be a Reminton 700.
Scope is a USO SN3 TPAL.
