Glock 17 vs. 19 & concealability

Since you want to conceal G19 is better for you. As you mentioned that you are good built you would not have problem conealing G19. Otherwise, I would have recommended G26.

Glocks usually need a bit of grip work to come up to full potential. I get rid of the finger grooves (especially if they are compact or sub-compact), and take up the trigger guard slightly regardless of model.

I faced the same question and at the end of the day ended up getting the Glock 17. A good holster goes a long way towards concealment.

However, I am planning on buying a slightly smaller pistol in the future, like a G26. I happen to like shooting my Glock and shoot it well.

I have a Glock 22 and a Glock 19. I like both guns, but for concealment, especially for a normal to small sized person, the Glock 19 definitely has the advantage.
