Glock 20 fun. Nuclear 9mm plinking

want a fun and "showy" round.....fill the case to the brim with Black Powder and compress with your projo. Smoke, Fire, Boom, Fun all around! (Just don't forget to windex your gun after shooting to deactivate the salts in BP...

This all from a Glock 20 with standard length Lone Wolf 357 SIG conversion barrel. OAL was 1.26" Cases were RP 40 S&W cases run through a 40 S&W Lee carbide die, then a Lee 357 SIG sizing die, and then a Lyman M expander die. Tula small pistol primers. Precision delta 115 gr 9mm FMJ bullets. AA #9 Powder.

Some rounds had huge muzzle flashes but light recoil especially for the lower powder charges. Velocities were also erratic. The higher powder chargers had no noticeable muzzle flash, and the velocities also became much more consistant.

There's room for a little more powder, but I still have no clue what the pressures actually are. All of the case heads are expanded about the same. None of them are expanded past 0.425", but I don't think this actually is indicative of pressure as the barrel appears to support the brass well.
