I have one of those but for an XDm 10mm. They say on their website not to use their system with a modified trigger. My XDm has a modified trigger and the conversion does NOT appreciate it.

I’ve got a Glock 23 I thought might be cool as a carbine but I went to MechTech website for pricing … it was $750 shipped, and to make it an actual firearm including what I paid for the Glock that makes it well over $1,100 … I’m out on that!
Yep, I like sharing ammo too … my most recent combo is an AR57 I’ve had for several years. It started life with a 16” barrel but a year or so ago I had it cut down to 8” & threaded. It’s fun with my M16 lower and works fairly well with a Franklin Armory Binary trigger.<Snip>
The selling point to me is that I've always had an affinity for pistols and handy little carbines that share the same ammo.
Interesting, I’ve never looked at them, that would definitely help off-set the cost … on the other hand, would it be less expensive to just build a lower from an 80% kit? (If an 80% kit will work)<Snip>
You should see how much Glock "uppers" sell for over eBay...
Looking for a carbine conversion so glock 40 can be fired as carbine. Anyone seen one? Comments on glock carbine kits generally...who makes the best ones? thanks,
