I am looking at getting some spare mags for my Gen 2 G22. All I see are marked Gen 4 compatible.
How does that affect my gun?
What is max capacity for a G22 without the mag protruding?
Recommend any particular suppliers?

It is compatible to your Gen 2. IIRC, the only change in the mags is a notch for ambi release.

There are quite a few 10-round ones available on Ebay. I needed some G17 mags recently, and that's the only place I found them.
