What are your favorite glock accessories/ aftermarket parts? I have a glock 23, where do I get a 9mm conversion barrel that is also threaded for a suppressor and .40 cal grip extensions for my 13 rounders?

Save the grip extenders for your Glock 22 mags. I use G22 mags for reloads when I carry my G23.

Meprolight night sights and an extended slide takedown tab (with an accompanying upgraded retention spring, which has broken before) are all I've ever done to mine. This was done by Glockmeister at a gun show table while I waited.

I've seen too many problems - on both guns and motor vehicles - from poorly chosen or executed modifications to recommend extensively modifying or customizing anything. The things I did to mine were minor, to enhance its utility for my own preferences.
