-Night sights if your gun didnt come with them from the factory
-NY trigger spring for a smoother, lighter pull
-On compact models mag extensions with the extra finger groove
-Rubber grip sleeves
-Extended slide release
-Match grade barrels for serious target shooters

I'm sure I have left out some other common mods.

Glockfan.45: Family Pictures? let me guess your're partial to your G30

I need to get a group shot one day, but to answer your question yes I am quite partial to my 30. It was my "warmish" weather carry gun when I was living in Minnesota.

Such a large pipe on a small gun  .

There is only one upgrade worth considering for a Glock and that is to replace the factory sights with steel sights. The rest is great as is.

Nice. I'd love to have that ball.

Lakers not doing well lately, Kobi out for an errant elbow, Hopefully they'll win tonight against Philli.

Poor Clippers, lose Livingston for the rest of this season and maybe next.

Last game I went to was Clippers/Phoenix about 3 weeks ago.

Again, love the ball.

And Welcome again to the Club

G5

I think Glock threads with pics are kind of funny, usually the one ones that really look different are the ones that make everyone go UUUUGHHHHHH:p

I have a G19 and a G22.Both have NY-1 + 3.5lb connectors, the 22 has extended slide and mag releases along with a Hi Viz front sight and often wears a Lone Wolf 40-9 barrel. The 19 just has a Trijicon front,a butt plug ( :what: ) and I use either the Pierce mag plates with the bump to fill in the mag well, the only real gripe I have about the thing,or the whomever makes them adaptors for filling out G22/17 mags...it also sports about 20% of its original finish.

Maybe I'm a mutant but I have never had any sort of a problem with the so-called horrible grip angle of the Glock and while they aren't attractive guns, they certainly aren't ugly-sadly they're a bit like American car styling IMO.I like and shoot many other guns better, I have 5 SIG's,3 S&W's,BHP,Walther,Beretta,1911's etc as well but the G19 is what I wear day in and day out because the daggum thing just _works_ and I shoot it well enough.

Now this is a good thread. I wish it was up here all the time. I am a huge glock fan and have so many. It is nice to know there are alot of us who go with what is trusted and not the band wagon. :)

I love em too and wish I had one of every model. Unfortunately I have one G19 and that's it. I've never fired any Glock that didn't point and aim exactly where I shot it. So I suspect it's anticipation also.

My Favorite Glock

This Is the one I carry on duty.

I might have to get a G26 for future PD regs(off duty carry and has to be 9mm only).

denfoote ,

Your not the only one with a working G-36 , I have one and it has ran 100% with any ammo i have shot through it. It is my everyday carry gun.

Glock 17....the 1st gun I bought for a specific purpose:IDPA...it's still the one I shoot the best, even though it's now the one I shoot the least often...go figure.Say what you want about the plastic..it works.100% reliable, easy maintainance, cheap to feed(9mm anyway) and all kinds of stuff is available for it after market.Go Glock.....
