Yes, it does.

Your right. What the hell was I thinking?

If you guys had to rank them where would you rank a converted Saiga with a WASR 10/63? The fact your stuck with the stock takes out the Hungarian for me. I'm unsure of what it means for me whether or not the barrel is threaded but apparently it isn't for the WASR or Saiga from what ive read.

It's an AK, it aint rocket science.

Truth. But i still want one of good quality. It may be my only one so why not.

WASR has a threaded barrel.

Saiga is NOT. I just threaded the Saiga barrel with a rented threading kit. You do have to remove a barrel shroud with a dremmel or some sort of cutting took, but threading the barrel is relatively easy, worth doing it for sure.

Hmm maybe I was reading threads on the old ones? One person's didn't have a threaded barrel and a few had a nut welded onto theirs.

Any who thanks a lot.

Care to wager on that?

There is the original WASR-10 that does NOT have a threaded muzzle or bayonet lug. You can still buy these today.

The later arrival, the WASR-10/63, has 'military features' such as bayonet lug and muzzle brake. It even ships with a bayonet.
