Good Meat grinder?

What do you grind twice? I grind deer on medium and to the freezer. It stays that way for bologna and cooking. I only fine grind again for venison bacon and sausages.

I love the big bite. I cut shoulder and neck in long strips and drop it in the throat of the grinder and it does the work with no plunging. I think this would be very specialized unless you wanted finely ground meat all the time.
