Not only did the quality of the materials prove to be exceptiion (The flint striker damn near caught my office on fire when I tried it out. Thought my carpet was going to ignite) but the service as well. When I placed my order, a mixup was made. Not only was it corrected, but Nick expressed the items to me and threw in a few extras because of the mistake. Very nice service and a company that stands by their service and products.
